By paying a deposit, you agree to the following T&Cs:
1. A non-refundable deposit of $40AUD is required to open a basket.
2. Once your basket is full, you will be given your total and asked to pay the remainder, then your parcel will be shipped.
3. Shipping fee of $15AUD is required per parcel and will be added to your total before checkout.
4. Please ensure the correct contact details and delivery information are provided before shipping.
5.Our live sales are designed to be a fun, welcoming space for everyone. Please be respectful to fellow shoppers and only claim the items you intend to purchase.

Processing Time
Once your order has been paid in full and is ready to ship, please allow for 1-2 business days for processing. Times may be extended with public holidays.
Postage & Fees
An additional $15 will be added to your total for shipping fee per parcel. Orders will be sent through AusPost with standard shipping. Sorry, we do not offer express post or ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Tracking
Tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been shipped.
